Walk room by room before we arrive. A few minutes of prep makes the whole job faster — and cheaper.
The most common slowdown on a junk removal job is indecision at the moment of truth. Customers who walk through their space the day or morning before we arrive — and make firm decisions — always have faster, smoother jobs. Use this checklist to go room by room. Print it out, pull it up on your phone, or just keep it open in your browser.
Beyond knowing what's going, a few logistical items make the appointment go more smoothly.
Make sure there's a walkable path from the items to the nearest exit. We do all the carrying, but we need enough clearance to move safely.
Gate codes, parking instructions, elevator reservations (for apartments), or narrow driveway warnings — tell us in advance so we plan accordingly.
Paint, propane, chemicals, and motor oil can't go in our truck. Set those aside and tell us — we'll advise on the right disposal route for each.
Someone who can make calls about edge-case items needs to be there when we arrive. The walkthrough takes minutes but it's important.
If you know certain items are still usable and you'd like them donated, let us know. We separate those before loading and drop them off ourselves.
We accept cash, card, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Payment is collected after the job is done and you're satisfied — never before we start.
Once the truck is loaded, we do a quick broom-sweep of the cleared area so you're not left with a pile of dust and debris where the furniture used to be. We then separate the load into donation items, recyclables, and disposal. Donation-worthy items go to local DFW centers before anything hits a landfill. Electronics get routed to certified recycling. The rest goes to a licensed disposal facility. We'll let you know the final price after the walkthrough — it won't change unless you added items on the spot.
Call or text us with your list — we'll give you a price right on the phone.
