Volume-Based Pricing — Not Hourly

The most common question we get is "how much will this cost?" Our pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our truck — not by the hour, not per item, and not with surprise disposal fees added at the end. Here are general price ranges for the DFW area. Your actual quote depends on what you have and where it is, but this gives you a realistic starting point.

Minimum Load
$100–$150

A few small items — a couple of pieces of furniture, a few bags of debris. Great for single-item pickups.

Quarter Load
$175–$250

Small bedroom's worth of stuff — a mattress, dresser, and some boxes, or a section of garage clutter.

3/4 Load
$400–$550

Large multi-room jobs, packed garages, or oversized storage units that don't quite fill the truck.

Full Load
$550–$700

Full property cleanouts, large estate jobs, multi-room clearances, or completely packed storage units.

Everything — No Add-On Fees

Every job includes all of the following. There are no line items added for fuel, dumping, or distance within our service area.

  • Labor — we do all the carrying and loading
  • Loading the truck, no matter how many trips from inside the property
  • Transportation to disposal or recycling facility
  • All disposal and dump fees
  • Broom-sweep cleanup of the area after we're done
  • No travel fees within our 15-city DFW service area
  • Donation drop-off for any usable items at no extra charge
  • Free estimate before every job — no commitment required
  • Price confirmed before we start — it won't change unless you add items
  • Same-day service when available, no rush surcharge

These Factors Can Move the Number

Volume is the biggest driver, but a few other things factor in.

Material Weight

Dense materials — concrete, tile, roofing shingles, dirt — cost more to dispose of than light furniture. A half truck of drywall costs more than a half truck of sofas.

Access Difficulty

Basement items, upper floors, tight staircases, and narrow gates all add carry time. We don't charge a floor fee, but we factor access into the estimate.

Special Materials

Appliances with freon (fridges, AC units) and electronics require special disposal handling, which factors into cost.

Job Complexity

A straightforward garage cleanout is different from a full hoarding situation that requires sorting and multiple loads. Complex jobs get a walk-through quote.

No. All estimates are completely free. You can call us, text us a few photos, or have us come do a walk-through — no cost and no obligation until you decide to book.
We'll update the price before we start loading the additional items. You'll always know what you're paying before we do the work — there are no surprises on the invoice.
No travel fees within our 15-city service area, which covers Cedar Hill, Dallas, Arlington, Irving, Mansfield, Midlothian, Duncanville, DeSoto, Lancaster, Grand Prairie, Grapevine, Southlake, Red Oak, Ovilla, and Wilmer.
We accept cash, credit card, debit card, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you're satisfied.
We're a local owner-operated business based in Cedar Hill, not a franchise with overhead passed on to customers. We don't have franchise fees or national ad budgets built into our pricing — just fair rates for honest work.
