"How much is this going to cost?" is the first question almost every Mansfield caller asks, and it's a fair one. Mansfield has grown fast over the last decade, and that growth means two very different kinds of junk removal jobs: builder debris and staging cleanup in newer neighborhoods like Walnut Creek and South Pointe, and years of garage and attic buildup in Mansfield's older, established streets. Here's what both actually cost.

How We Price Every Job — By Volume, Not by the Hour

We charge based on how much space your items take up in our truck, not by the hour and not per item. You get a firm price before we load anything, and that price doesn't change once we start working. For the full breakdown of how volume pricing works across DFW, see our complete 2026 cost guide. Here are the general ranges:

  • Minimum load ($100–$150): A couple of furniture pieces or a few bags of debris — a single-item pickup from a Walnut Creek or Lone Star Ranch home.
  • Quarter load ($175–$250): A mattress and dresser, or a section of garage clutter.
  • Half load ($325–$400): One full room cleared out, or a mid-size storage unit. This is the most common Mansfield job we run.
  • 3/4 load ($400–$550): Large multi-room jobs or a packed garage that doesn't quite fill the truck.
  • Full load ($550–$700): Full property cleanouts, large estate jobs, or completely packed storage units.

What a Typical Mansfield Job Looks Like

In newer subdivisions, we're often called in for builder leftovers — packaging material, scrap drywall, and staging junk left behind before move-in. Those jobs usually land in the quarter-to-half load range. In Mansfield's more established streets near Heritage and Brookstone, we see a lot of garage and attic cleanouts that have been building for years, which typically run half-to-3/4 load. Full estate cleanouts, which come up often as Mansfield's original homeowners downsize or move on, are usually full loads.

What Actually Changes Your Price

Within each load size, a few things move the number: how far the items are from where our truck can park, whether anything needs to come down stairs, and whether you have specialty items like a hot tub or a refrigerator with refrigerant that needs proper handling. None of this is a surprise fee — we walk the job with you and lock the price before we start loading.

Why Mansfield's Mix of Old and New Matters

Mansfield's rapid growth along the Hwy 287 corridor also brings a steady stream of office and retail cleanouts as commercial space turns over, on top of the residential work. If you're not sure which category your job falls into, just call or text a photo — we can usually give you a solid price range over the phone before we ever drive out.
